From instructing my first (5-week) fitness boot camp. I'm formulating my plan and aggregating the best exercises from a plethora of sources.
But I also want to hear from any of you who have participated in fitness boot camps. What were some of the most beneficial exercises you experienced?

Having done a boot camp before I enjoyed the quick pace between the exercises. Being a women I particularly enjoyed the intensive ab exercises such as a set of Laying Leg lift then going straight into sitting up position with a 5-8 lbs weight and doing ab twists then repeating that 3-4 times. My heart rate was up and my abs felt great after the workout!

Your blog is very informative. I exercise on and off. Just finding the motivation to do it regularly is very tough. It is always a challenge for me to overcome that laziness. Have you posted any tips on your blog that addresses this point? Thanks.
